Your Tasks

You will start your personal development in consulting with the right mix of individual support, learning and trainings.

You take part in our Consultant and Insurance Program, where you learn all consultant skills and the basics of the insurance industry.

You will work on diverse projects with large, international insurance companies.

You will gradually take on responsibility as part of a project team and in the development of our internal offerings.

Your Profile

University degree

An apprenticeship in the insurance or banking industry is a plus

You are enthusiastic to solve/transform complex issues of the insurance industry

Willingness to travel within Europe

Business fluency in German and English
